You know cheap groceries and so do hard discount stores. While the leaders on the market are currently Lidl, Action or even Noz and even Stockomani, known for offering products at discounted prices, a new addition is establishing itself on the market and has just opened a store in Lille, France . Yes, you read that right!
A reference in textiles
Of Dutch origin, the hard discount brand Wibra will offer sales spaces ranging from 400m2 to 600m2. On the program: decorative and garden items, trendy clothing, hygiene accessories, and cleaning products… However, the brand remains mainly specialized in textile items.

Clearly, there is something to find what you are looking for in Wibra stores with prices of items which will mainly fluctuate between 1 euro and 5 euros. A brand that therefore caters to all budgets. As reported by our colleagues from House JournalWibra has already expanded in the Netherlands, with more than 220 stores in the country. Belgium, for its part, has 50 stores.
An expansion planned in France
According to Claudine Nachtergaele, director of Wibra Belgium and responsible for deployment in France, interviewed by Le FigaroFrance should see many new Wibra store openings in the coming months:
“We hope to open several stores in 2024, then arrive in Paris if there are positive reactions.”
