Daniel Craig succeeded his predecessors in the role of James Bond for five films. On the occasion of the rebroadcast of “Skyfall” yesterday on France 3, we offer you this quiz where you will have to assign the correct episodes to these 15 images.
After Sean Connery, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, Pierce Brosnan and George Lazenby for one film, Daniel Craig took over in the role of the famous agent 007 in 2006, the time of five films from Casino Royale to No Time To Die.
An iconic character certainly but also perhaps a little invasive, on which the British actor seems to have drawn a definitive line if we refer to his recent interview for Variety in which when asked for his opinion on the identity of the person who would succeed him in the role of James Bond, the latter responded with a laconic “I don't care“.
Yesterday France 3 rebroadcast Skyfall, and on this occasion, we invite you to play with the five films of the James Bond franchise, Daniel Craig era. An XXL quiz with fifteen images and just one question: which of the five films are they from? Your mission: achieve Perfection!
DID YOU KNOW?
The return of Q
Skyfall marks the return of Q, a cult character from the saga who supplies the secret agent with gadgets. Long played by Desmond Llewelyn, who died in 1999, he did not appear in Casino Royale or in Quantum Of Solace. In Skyfall, the role is played by the young Ben Whishaw (Perfume: The Story of a Murderer, Paddington).
By my beard!
In the film, the famous spy 007 played by Daniel Craig wears a beard (briefly at least), which has not happened since the days of Die Another Day! Shocking!
An offer that cannot be refused
It was Daniel Craig who proposed to Sam Mendes to direct Skyfall: “(…) I recognized in Sam exactly the same enthusiasm and respect for the films of the franchise as those I feel myself“, explains the actor. He was able to find the right words to convince the filmmaker: “I told him it would be a new experience for him, as it had been for me on the previous two films. Nothing can really prepare you for this!“
