“You like this new life ?” The question asked by Aurélie Casse to Flavie Flament is legitimate, because by agreeing to present Telematin on France 2 since the start of the school year, the 50-year-old host notably had to sacrifice her evenings to be able to be operational on the air alongside her sidekick Julien Arnaud from 6:30 a.m. But the former TF1 presenter has no regrets. “I like her prodigiously”replied Flavie Flament without hesitation. “It is very different, it is galvanizing, it is demanding. It is a demanding rhythm”she added. His alarm goes off at 3:30 a.m. “It actually seemed difficult to me at first, and in reality it’s actually going quite well”she said, wanting to remain very positive.
But all the same, the time constraints of presenting the morning show on France 2 do not make you dream. “There are six alarm clocks, but I think that's the lot of everyone who gets up super early in the morning. And what's more, we shouldn't miss a live show because it's still the appointment -you super important”explained Flavie Flament in C L’Hebdo on France 5. “It happens sometimes”slipped Aurélie Casse. “So it can happen, but it hasn't happened to me yet, but it sometimes keeps me from sleeping at night. At 8 p.m., I go to bed, I say to myself: 'tomorrow, I absolutely have to arrive to get up on time”said Benjamin Castaldi's ex. “It’s like everyone’s mornings, except it’s earlier. I’ve shifted my days”launched the former presenter of Stars at home with complete simplicity.

“I don’t drink anymore, I don’t do drugs anymore, I don’t do anything anymore”Flavie Flament is ironic about her new rhythm of life imposed by Telematin
Natacha Polony, present on the set, having already experienced morning shows, remembered that for her “sleep became obsessive”. “It’s something that those around you don’t necessarily understand, it’s that going to bed becomes stressful”confirmed Flavie Flament. “We are afraid, we know that the minutes of sleep count”concluded the one who revealed to take “a little melatonin” to succeed in sleeping. Benjamin Castaldi's ex confirmed that she had given up on her “social life”. But fortunately, she makes up for it on the weekend.
“That doesn’t stop me from living on weekends, eating, drinking, partying”indicated Flavie Flament. This new rhythm of life is still tiring, to the point of falling asleep as soon as she sits in front of the TV. “For about two months, I have been watching the same first episode of a series, The Diplomat, because I fall asleep after ten minutes”she confided. Also guest of C L’HebdoÉlie Semoun humorously told her that she would have finished watching the series in three years.
