Atlético de Madrid took the three points in Son Moix (0-1) after a solitary goal from Julián Álvarez. Although Oblak was also decisive with his two decisive interventions; and also the red and white goalkeeper was decisive in the action of the goal.
Oblak appeared in the only clear chance of the first half
Before the ball began to roll, a beautiful tribute was held to the DANA victims in Son Moix. Atlético de Madrid came out dominant, although an error at the start caused a foul and a dangerous free kick for the locals. However, Samu Costa’s free-kick shot went straight into Oblak’s hands. Julián Álvarez attempted a long shot, but the ball went very high.
The best of the first half came in the final stretch and went to RCD Mallorca. A center of Sergi Darder finished it off with Larin, but Oblak got a good hand to send the ball to the corner. That was the clearest chance of a first 45 minutes without many opportunities. With the goalless tie the first 45 minutes ended.

Julián Álvarez unblocked Atlético
The second half started with the same protagonists who finished the first half. Lenglet, who was on a yellow card, risked expulsion after a continuous grab at Larin. A few minutes later the first from Atlético de Madrid arrived. It all started with a long pass from Oblak towards Giuliano, who gave the goal to Julián Álvarez. These two scored the first goal and were substituted in a quadruple substitution by Simeone.
Riquelme had the second to extend the lead, but he finished into Greif’s hands. Anger of his coach Simeone, since he only had Correa to score. Rodrigo Paul tried a long shot, which went wide. RCD Mallorca did not stop with a rush in search of getting into options in the final stretch. Those from Arrasate were able to get the equalizer in an action where Witsel made a serious mistake, however, Oblak appeared to deny Abdón Prats the goal.
