Boris Dallo left Maine-et-Loire after a very complete 2022-23 season (9.8 points, 6.1 rebounds and 4.7 assists) and this earned him his entry into the Euroleague with ASVEL. But he had to be disillusioned, settling for 12 matches in the national championship and 3 appearances in the Euroleague. After a stint in Strasbourg, he returned to CB as a simple freelancer for American leader TJ Campbell in principle until December 5, and in a team which took, to everyone's surprise, the leadership of the Betclic Elite.
“My desire is not to upset the existing balance in the team,” he declared to Courrier de l’Ouest. “Fabrice (Editor’s note: Fabrice Lefrançois, the coach) knows very well how I am as a man. The most important thing is to have the certainty that you can be yourself every day. Then, on the pitch, I am intelligent enough to blend into the mold and the collective so that Cholet maintains its good momentum. »
Boris Dallo therefore remained without playing competitively this season.
“I didn’t have a contract but I was training. (smile) Physically, I feel good. I have no particular contraindication. I don't think there is anything to worry about. Like I said, I'm smart enough to blend in with the collective…. »
Regarding the short duration of his contract, he explains:
“For now, the most important thing is to start training with the team. To take it step by step in order to integrate myself into the group. Questions will arise but they are not on the agenda. »
