Flashscore increases its list of users. The Czech company Livesport, owned by Flashcore, has bought 100% of BeSoccera provider of live results, statistics and news in Spain. With this acquisition, the company expands its subscriber base by 25 million additional users per month, especially strengthening its coverage in the Spanish- and French-speaking markets.

As the company continues to serve sports fans around the world, “This expansion promises to provide rich services that further engage and inform audiences.”Livesport states in a statement.

With the addition of BeSoccer features, the company will be able offer more complete football coverage“improving the experience for fans looking to receive timely and accurate information,” he adds.

For its part, this acquisition has been the largest that Frashscore has made since its founding and Martin Hájek, chairman of the board of directors of Livesport, states that “lThe BeSoccer platform will help us increase our reach to fulfill our mission: to disseminate all sports information instantly.”

The purchase involves the three entities BeSoccer, BeSoccer Pro and Football Resultseach of which provides different information and specialized knowledge to the diverse portfolio of users. Likewise, BeSoccer had one hundred million downloads.

Manu Heredia, the current owner of BeSoccer, will continue to play his role as an advisor on the board of directors in order to enhance the continuous growth of the company. “I am proud of what BeSoccer has become and the incredible team that has helped make it the most popular live soccer results app in the world,” he added in the same statement.
