As former president Donald Trump swept to victory on Wednesday, tech leaders in Silicon Valley posted messages of congratulations and even gloated over his return to the Oval Office.
Trump has clashed with several executives who are now aligning themselves with the incoming president, including his recent threats to imprison Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and break up Google over allegations of “rigged” search results.
Despite these past conflicts and the tensions during his previous term, many of the tech CEOs Trump once targeted are now publicly commenting on his victory.
