Stefan Raab has once again outdone himself! Just a few weeks ago, the cult entertainer dropped the bombshell: “I’m doing shows again.” Fans were over the moon – and Raab kept his word. After his celebrated comeback with the quiz show “You won’t win millions here”, the next highlight on RTL is already in the starting blocks: the brand new show “Eltons 12”.
Yes, you read that right: Raab and Elton are back and are bringing a whole star team onto the stage.
New RTL show is in the starting blocks
The show has it all! “Eltons 12” brings a completely new concept, conceived by Raab, to the screens: Twelve tried and tested winners from various TV formats compete against each other. Whether knowledge, skill or pure muscle power – everything is required here. The competition includes well-known faces such as “Cobra 11” star Tom Beck, actress Jasna Fritzi Bauer and “Bachelorette” Stella Stegmann.

According to RTL, the candidates will test their strength in various challenges – sometimes in a duel, sometimes in groups of three. Each round brings new surprises and creative tasks. And of course it’s about more than just fame and honor: 100,000 euros in prize money awaits the winner.
However, not everyone is enthusiastic about the announcement on Instagram.
RTL show: Fans judge harshly
While some fans are happy in the comments, others’ frustration is clearly noticeable:
- “Are the winnings then at least donated or are they allowed to collect it themselves? I find it impossible that there are mostly shows in which you can win a lot of money, but only celebrities can take part.”
- “Oh no, the same people as always.”
- “Ahhhh I’m looking forward to it!”
- “Well, finally Elton again with a new game show on RTL and designed by Stefan Raab, it’s definitely going to be really good.”

By the way, it starts in just a few days. On November 30th, Elton’s new Saturday evening show will premiere on free TV on RTL – and of course at prime time at 8:15 p.m.
