In a press release, the Annecy-Meythet brigade community indicates that a body was discovered in the Mont Veyrier massif this Saturday, November 2, late in the morning. “A formal connection (has been) established with the disappearance of Mr. Florian C.”we can read in this press release.
An investigation is underway in order, in particular, to determine the causes of death which have not been communicated at this stage. The thirty-year-old left home on October 9 to do a trail on the heights of Annecy-le-Vieux, in Haute-Savoie.
Without news of him, his relatives alerted the gendarmerie who launched search operations. His car was discovered parked in a forest parking lot under Mont Veyrier.
