“I am saddened to learn of the death of Mamadou Moustapha Ba, former Minister of Finance and Budget of Senegal. My thoughts are with his family and loved ones during this ordeal. May ALLAH SWT have mercy on him,” reacted Head of State Bassirou Diomaye Faye.
And former President Macky Sall, who took Mamadou Moustapha Ba to his side, paid tribute to an illustrious son of Senegal.
“I am very saddened to learn of the death of Mamadou Moustapha Ba, former Minister. Our country loses an illustrious son, of great moral integrity, a distinguished executive, with exceptional professional, human and intellectual qualities.
