Rapper Nekfeu is accused of “rape” and “domestic violence” by his ex-wife, against a backdrop of conflict over custody of their 3-year-old child.

A lively exchange via press releases. Rapper Nekfeu was targeted on Sunday evening, November 3, by accusations of “rape” and “domestic violence” brought by his ex-wife through her lawyer, Me Florence Fekom. The latter's X account, which had expressed itself via a press release published on the social network, was suspended by the platform.

Nekfeu reacted this Monday, also by press release, by brushing aside “accusations already dismissed” and accusing his ex-wife of using their child “to reach (him).

· Accusations of “rape” and domestic violence

In a press release, the lawyer for Nekfeu's ex-wife, Florence Fekom, affirms that her client “reported to the police acts of psychological, sexual and physical violence committed during their relationship, for nearly four years”. “Acts of rape” have also been reported, she specifies.

Me Florence Fekom explained that “after years lived in silence and fear, she no longer has any other choice but to share this matter publicly, given the differential judicial treatment from which she has suffered for several months.”

Nekfeu's ex-wife, who says she is going through “hell” and suffers from “severe post-traumatic stress”, says she has been waiting “for several months” for a summons to appear before a police station to be heard on the facts domestic violence reported.

According to the lawyer, contacted by BFMTV.com, the young woman, mother of the rapper's child, had denounced to the police in 2023 “precisely” the facts of which she accuses her ex-husband, with whom she initiated divorce proceedings. At the end of her testimony, she did not wish to file a complaint.

Still according to Me Florence Fekom, last June, the police at a Parisian police station refused to take the complaint filed by her client. The young woman then sent a letter to the public prosecutor so that she could be heard by another service and officially file a complaint. When requested, the Paris public prosecutor's office affirmed that the young woman did not show up for the meeting proposed by the designated investigation service.

· Several complaints dismissed

According to our information, on December 21, 2022, Nekfeu's ex-wife filed a complaint against the rapper for rape, some of which occurred, according to the complainant, in Barcelona. The procedure was dismissed due to lack of documented evidence.

As part of this procedure, Nekfeu had denied the facts, bringing, according to the Paris prosecutor's office, conversations and exchanges to support his remarks. His ex-wife did not show up for the eight meetings offered by the police officers handling his complaint.

Other complaints filed by the young woman, and targeting Nekfeu, were dismissed: one for violence on January 22, 2024, accusing Nekfeu of “head to head”, and another for harassment on May 16 of the same year.

· Nekfeu denounces “unfounded and shocking” accusations

In a press release published by his lawyer, Ken Samaras, the artist's name in civil status, denounces a press release that is “entirely false and defamatory”, making “unfounded and shocking” accusations.

“These accusations have already been dismissed by the courts and come back at the very moment when she (his ex-wife, editor’s note) was arrested last night for the worrying disappearance of my 3-year-old son,” he wrote in a shared press release. on X by his lawyer, Marie-Alix Canu-Bernard. BFMTV is currently unable to confirm this arrest, nor to specify the reasons.

For the rapper, after a previous “financial blackmail”, it is an attempt “in desperation to sully (his) honor in public”.

“I am all the more saddened and disgusted because I firmly believe that we must redouble our efforts to make the voices of women victims of violence heard,” continues the artist. “I myself once said with aplomb that there is smoke without fire on this subject, but life has shown me that on rare occasions other motivations can come into play , that’s my case today.”

· Ex-wife tried in 2025 for parental kidnapping

These accusations come against the backdrop of stormy divorce proceedings, with custody of the couple's child at the heart of the conflict. Nekfeu's ex-wife claims to have left the rapper while she was “pregnant”, and this to “protect and preserve their unborn child”.

“Since the divorce proceedings that I initiated 3 years ago and which she never accepted, she has tried to use our child to reach me,” denounces Nekfeu in his press release.

The divorce was finalized on March 28, 2024 and the child's residence was established with Nekfeu. His ex-wife has visitation and accommodation rights. It is in this context that Nekfeu in turn filed a complaint against his ex-wife for non-representation of the child, the young woman having not handed over, on several occasions, their child to his father, while he had custody of it, between July 2022 and May 2024.

Placed under judicial supervision as part of these proceedings, she will be judged for these facts in January 2025.
