Abdoulaye Sylla started his electoral campaign yesterday Sunday in Baol where he was received in Touba by the Caliph General of the Mourides Serigne Mountakha Mbacké. The head of the list of the “And Bessal Senegal” coalition held a meeting in Mbacké to outline his roadmap.
The businessman took the opportunity to put the Sonko-Diomaye tandem on trial.
Thus, Mr. Sylla declared that the new government did nothing in Touba and Mbacké. The new state authorities are incapable of solving the problem of sanitation, public lighting and roads in the religious city according to the boss of ECOTRA.
“In less than six months, the Senegalese are fed up with this incompetent government. Touba and Mbacké will be our priorities. We will ensure respect for our religious leaders. All those who insult our religious guides must be sanctioned on November 17” , denounces Abdoulaye Sylla in front of the crowd.
