In Brittany, a 21-year-old young man died, killed by a concrete block thrown from a bridge, Monday October 28, on a dual carriageway, near Dinan. A call for witnesses has been launched to find two individuals who threw projectiles at cars from a bridge on the N176.
One of these projectiles, a block of concrete, hit a car. Its driver was returning from work and was slightly injured. Mickaël, 52, spoke to our colleagues at M6. “I panicked, and someone came and knocked on my door telling me that one of these colleagues was seriously injured by an impact“, explains the man. “The same thing happened to me. I got out of the car and went to see him. He only closed and opened his mouth, but that's all“, continues Mickaël who called the emergency services directly afterwards.
“I am angry, because I find it absurd to have fun throwing objects on a four-lane to try to kill someone“, the driver takes offense. He explains that the two suspected individuals did a few tests “before it happened to us”.
For Mickaël, “it's human stupidityyou don't have to have any sense to do such stupid things.”
