Liam Payne and girlfiend Katie Cassidy took to social media earlier this year and ranked different ways to die. This followed after it was announced on Wednesday (October 16) that the 31-year-old singer had plunged to his death after falling from a balcony.
The former One Direction star fell from a height of 45ft and was later found unresponsive by medics. He was staying in a room which was situated on the third floor and landed in the courtyard of the Casa Sur Hotel.
The building is situated in the heart of Buenos Aires, Argentina, which he had visited for a romantic break with his girlfriend. Both Liam and Katie, 25, were spotted on Tiktok where they uploaded a video where they discussed possible ways to die.
Ranked from number one to ten the photo showed images of different ways to fatally die. The couple decided to rank number one as “natural causes”.
Meanwhile second on the bizarre list was being “crushed”, which was closely followed by a “bug bite”.
Their fourth possibility was parachuting into the sky, while the fourth was to be “hit by a car”.
The remaining methods followed were being “struck by lightning”, “plane crash”, a “stampede”, tapped in a “fire” and a “shark attack”.
This came after the pair decided to extend their five-day trip in South America for over two weeks which left Katie missing home, and decided to travel solo to her native America without him after not wanting to “be in the same place” for a long period of time.
During the getaway, Liam appeared thrilled as he was reunited with former bandmate Niall Horan after their busy schedules clashed and had not seen each other for a while.
Niall who is also 31-years-old was playing in the Movistar Arena, where he performed to thousands of fans.
In the crowd stood both Liam and Katie who packed on the PDA and danced the night away singing the Small Talk hitmaker’s music.
