The Superior Council of Justice (CSJ) has proposed the appointment of Julien Moinil to the post of King’s Prosecutor in Brussels, it announced Wednesday on its website.

The King, in this case the Minister of Justice, now has 50 days to confirm the presentation of the CSJ. The mandate of the King’s Prosecutor lasts five years, renewable once.
