Sunday January 12 around 9:30 p.m., a 33-year-old man was stopped by the police after crossing the white line, avenue du Général de Gaulle in Agen. The latter was driving with 2.6 grams of alcohol in his blood. He was taken into custody. After recovering, he admitted the facts and was heard by the courts on Monday January 13. He was sentenced to 18 months in prison, eight months of which were suspended, with revocation of the four months of suspended sentence he had received during a previous conviction.

An altercation took place at the Mc Do on Place du Pin in Agen, Monday January 13 at 4 p.m. Out of anger, a 55-year-old man damaged one of the cash registers and threatened the manager of the fast-food restaurant. Arrested by the police following him, he was taken into police custody where he admitted the facts. The man was summoned before the prosecutor's delegate on February 25.
