Since she stopped playing Tennis, Serena Williams makes it a point of honor to take care of herself, whether through her diet or her physical activities. “Look at me”she says. “I'm trying to compete by trying to do a half marathon. That's my new goal. It's like I have to do something competitive. I miss tennis like crazy“, confides the 43-year-old sportswoman. Unfortunately, life can sometimes take another path, without us being able to have our say. “But as a woman, I've had to make different choices that I probably wouldn't have had to make if I was a man, but that's OK, I love it. I love that I chose my family and I want to be with them every day of my life”explains the one who shares her life with Alexis Ohanian.

She continues: “I'm trying to do it. I just think I want to be the GOAT at something else. And for me, that's be a mom Right now”. Sharing moments with family and taking care of her two daughters is her priority. But for that, she must be fit and in good health. “As a mother, my main goal is to be healthy for my children. I have young children and I need to be able to run for them and do all these things.” Serena William concludes.
