The Château-Thierry Rugby club celebrates its 50th anniversary

In the south of Aisne, the month of January is a month of celebration for Château-Thierry Rugby Omois Club C.R.O.C. as part of the commemorations of its 50th anniversary.

Were the founders of the Rugby Club Castelthéodoricien (RCC) vibrating to the rhythm of the music of the group Queen in 1975, the year the club was created? Half a century later, their successors at Château-Thierry Rugby Omois Club (CROC) intend to do so on Saturday January 25, 2025.

Festive and musical

To commemorate the birth of the club, what could be better than a festive and musical event? The CROC, in partnership with The Château-Thierry Biscuit Factory therefore proposes the group Journey with Queenfor a concert open to all, where the word tribute will take on its full meaning.

In a friendly atmosphere, as rugby knows how to offer, the public is expected from 7 p.m. at La Biscuiterie, a contemporary music room, at 53, rue Paul Doucet in the city of fables. The organizers proclaim: “Come and celebrate our anniversary with us as it should be! »

A memorable evening

Also on the program: DJ Roller Girlwho participated in the Omois Festival in 2024, will continue the nostalgia evening to the sound of hits from the 80s.

Until January 15, pre-sales are offered with a single price of €7 per person over 12 years old (free below). Then, the price will increase to €10 per person from 12 years old.

Please note the number of places is limited. And according to the organizers it is strongly recommended to book now to make the most of this anniversary and this evening which promises to be memorable.
