MSI unveils a slew of new gaming laptops with the latest GeForce RTX 50

MSI is unsurprisingly banking on the new GeForce RTX for all its most powerful gaming laptops. The manufacturer is taking the opportunity to upgrade all these ranges to 18 inches, with the latest Intel and AMD chips.

MSI is not doing things by halves for the start of 2025. The Taiwanese manufacturer has just announced no less than 30 new laptop PCs for all uses, equipped with the latest processors and GPUs from Intel, AMD and above all, Nvidia .

It was during CES 2025 in Las Vegas that MSI took advantage of Nvidia’s announcements to unveil its new range of laptop PCs. No less than 5 PC series are being refreshed at the start of the year, for uses ranging from video games to creativity, but also AI.

The Stealth, Titan, Raider and Vector ranges all offer Nvidia’s new graphics card in three different configurations: RTX 5090 in 24 GB VRAM, RTX 4080 in 16 GB VRAM and for some, the RTX 5070 Ti with 16 GB VRAM . Enough to benefit from the improvements of the Blackwell architecture, DLSS4 but also AI micro-services thanks to Nvidia NIM.

In terms of processor, the Titan, Raider, Stealth and Vector ranges integrate the new Intel 200H and 200HX chips which offer up to 24 cores with a level of performance up to 15% higher than the previous architecture. PCs are thus compatible with Thunderbolt 5, Wi-Fi 7 as well as DDR5-6400 memory.

Only the Titan does not offer an AMD configuration, all the others can benefit from the AMD Ryzen 9000HX chip (notably its X3D model) or even Ryzen AI 300 depending on the use cases. It is the Stealth range which is notably Copilot+ certified for hybrid use between video games and productivity for “ the lightest 18-inch laptop on the market” according to MSI« .
