A video of a smartphone presented as the future Galaxy S25 Ultra is circulating on the Internet. This can be seen as one of the major design differences with its predecessor and not everyone likes it.
The release of the next series of smartphones Samsung high-end is fast approaching. Expected earlier than usual at the start of 2025, rumors and other leaks concerning the Galaxy S25 have been pouring onto the Web continuously for several months, as is customary. When it comes to design, however, the photos and other models leave no room for approximation, especially for the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Probably to mark the difference with its predecessor, the Korean manufacturer has chosen to abandon the square corners specific to the Galaxy S24 Ultra in favor of rounded ends. A decision that not everyone agrees with, especially since apart from that, design changes are almost non-existent. A video posted on Reddit allows us to realize this.

Posted by a user who created his account for the occasion and has now deleted it, the video, or rather the GIF, shows the upper half of the Galaxy S25 Ultra. We can clearly see the rounding of its corners, but above all how it looks like the 2024 model for the rest. The Internet user ironically named his subject “Definitely the S24 Ultra“. In the comments, we can read enthusiastic feedback like “Honestly, I love it. It looks very professional and classy. I actually hate the design of my S24U“.

Others have a radically different opinion: “The S24 Ultra looks better than the S25 Ultra. The S25 Ultra looks like a $50 trash phone“. If you share this opinion, don’t expect the silhouette of the S25 Ultra to change between now and its release, the famous leaker Ice Universe confirmed that the GIF showed Samsung’s next high-end. Just wait to have it in hand in January.
