MySmartPrice has spotted the global variants of the Oppo Find X8 and Find X8 Pro in the Google Play Console database, which foreshadows an international arrival very soon.

The SoC used, a Dimensity 9400, as well as the quantity of RAM: 16 GB are confirmed.

After two years outside , Oppo returned to the territory at the start of the 2024 school year with two first models, the Reno 12 and Reno 12 Pro, a model that we were able to test.

After this warm-up with mid-range devices, the Chinese manufacturer is ready to do battle with the market leaders by relaunching its Find range, long appreciated by testers. Above all, we are waiting for Oppo at the turning point, which was battling in the leading quartet on the French market before its sudden withdrawal in 2023.

Two models, but maybe only one here

Two models are in the running, the Find X8 and Find X8 Pro. If Oppo did announce an upcoming international launch, it did not specify the models concerned. So we can expect to see only one of these smartphones reach our shelves. And knowing Oppo, if he had to make a choice, it would certainly be the very high-end one for France.

Remember that the brand marked its arrival here in 2018 with the cheeky launch of a single 1000 euro model, the Find X, while at the time this price was only charged by Apple. Even the Samsung Galaxy S9 was launched for less than 900 euros.

And this Find X8 Pro, we know all the trappings since it has already been announced in its country of origin.

Identified under the model number CPH2659, it is powered by a Dimensity 9400 and runs on ColorOS 15, software based on Android 15.

Four photo sensors, including two telephoto lenses

Among the interesting features of this model, we note its large screen of almost 6.8 inches, but also a particularly well-stocked photo section.

Still in partnership with Hasselblad, Oppo equips its terminal with four lenses of 50 megapixels each. We have a wide-angle, an ultra-wide-angle and two telephoto lenses equivalent to 73 mm and 135 mm. A configuration that ensures pixel binning on all sensors and great photographic versatility.

And let's not forget the large 5910 mAh battery as well as its associated fast charging in 80 Watts.

An attractive configuration as we had already been won over by the Find X2 Pro, Find X3 Pro and Find X5 Pro, the latest model to be released here, in 2022.
