Microsoft is also struggling with its AI, Apple is not alone in the turmoil

In any case it's not these restrictions on the AI that will make me change processor because I don't really need it (especially this ridiculous recall, it reminds me of their 'history' which had a few minutes of lifespan on my PC (time to clear it))

What if Windows 12 requires an “AI” processor? Well, it's not the processor that I'm changing, it's the OS this time, they were a bit lucky to fall out at the time of the renewal for win11 (intel I5 series 2 and 3 upgraded to series 12 and 13, including only the 6700K which remains in win10) There will be no win12 renewal
If I stay on Windows, it's just the laziness of bothering again with my games “made only for Windows” (+ their launcher battle_net, ea, ubi, epic…)) which I would therefore have to tinker with more or less for it to turn
But things seem to have evolved well and I tell myself that a dual boot win11 only for recalcitrant games would actually become quite playable in this case

I probably struggled more than most to run games, autoexec.bat, dos/4gw, 640kb of memory, 2d graphics card + 3d graphics card, glide/voodoo2, irq/son, version of directx, the drm (even though I paid), the prerequisites…
Well I say that but I spent a lot of time tinkering with Final Fantasy 16 last month with the usual + and + finish for games: “unmolded too hot”. Thanks to them for reminding me why I usually play almost 3 years late (plus the collapsing price/normally priced ultimate versions; but I might make an exception for Baldur's Gate 3 even if I have a crazy late stock)
