Oppo reveals the global launch schedule for the Find X8 range equipped with the Dimensity 9400

Vivo was the first to introduce next-generation flagship phones with the Dimensity 9400, all belonging to the X200 series. However, they are still exclusive to China and Vivo is yet to officially release details about the global launch. The Oppo Find X8 series, meanwhile, was only made official yesterday, October 24, and it is now confirmed that it will soon be released outside of China.

Specifically, Oppo’s official The post does not confirm any specific date, nor does it specify which countries will receive the new Dimensity 9400 models.

However, going by Oppo’s previous global launches, the Find X8 range is expected to land in major regions of Europe and Asia. For those who missed our launch coverage, this new lineup includes two phones, with a third expected later in the year.

Out of the two, the standard variant has a 6.59-inch display, while the Find X8 Pro comes with a 6.78-inch display. But that’s not the only difference between the two. The standard Find X8 has three cameras on the back, while the Pro has four. Both feature a 50 MP primary camera, a 50 MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50 MP periscopic telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.

The Pro adds a second 50-megapixel periscopic telephoto lens with 6x optical zoom. The two devices have different batteries: the standard battery has a rated capacity of 5,630 mAh, while the Pro’s battery is 5,910 mAh. However, the rated charging speed is the same, namely 50W for wireless charging and 80W for wired charging (87W for Anker 20K Power Bank, currently $44.99 on Amazon).

As for price, the standard Find X8 starts at CNY 4,199 (around $590), and the Find Oppo has yet to reveal pricing and configurations for the rest of the world.
