On October 21, Quebecor grandly launched illico+ — a new unique video-on-demand platform resulting from the merger between Club illico and the Vrai channel — which will broadcast even more content and numerous original productions from here, American series and foreign films, recent films and documentaries. For the occasion, the first two episodes of the original series The collection as well as the talk show Hot Ones Québec are already available.

Pierre-Paul Alain, who plays Le Pit in The collectionsports a brand new look. “I cut my hair for a role and it feels funny. It’s been a long time since I’ve had them this short! I’m happy, because I’ve been working for two years and playing multiple roles in my profession. I couldn’t hope for better! I also have another great role in a new series which will be announced shortly,” said the man who travels a lot between Montreal and Quebec to take care of his father. “He is very ill, he probably has another cancer… I try to spend as much time with him as possible.”
