Samsung is not the first to market this type of product. Oura was one of the first in this segment with a product also compatible with the IOS system, which is not the case with the Galaxy Ring. The Belgian brand Ice Watch distributes the product built by Omate. A French manufacturer, Circular, has also developed a model. On the other hand, Apple would have abandoned the idea of entering this market.
The Samsung Ring retails for €449 and is available in gold, silver and black. It is supplied with its protective case, but without charger. There is no subscription to take out like other competing models.
