1933 Inc. industries, a cannabis cultivator based in Nevada, announced a delay in the deposit of its financial statements verified for the financial year ending on July 31, 2024. The Commission of Securities of British Columbia granted an order Prohibition of securities operations (MCTO) to management on November 29, 2024, preventing senior management from negotiating the titles of the company until the depots are completed.
The company expects not to comply with the deadline for deposit of January 27, 2025 and anticipates an operations cessation order. However, it aims to finalize the reports by February 2025. No significant change has been disclosed since their previous announcement and it is not confronted with insolvency.
The delay affects the financial report of the first quarter of 2025, subject to the completion of audited deposits. Despite these challenges, the company’s range of products under the Alternative Medicine Association (AMA) brand posted a positive performance on the market.
