The ultrabook has a decent selection of ports, including two USB-C ports with Thunderbolt 4 support, two USB-A ports, an HDMI 2.1 interface, a microSD card reader, a 3.5mm headphone jack and even Gigabit Ethernet, which is a rarity in this weight class. The FMV Note U also supports Wi-Fi 7. The laptop is also equipped with a 14-inch 16:10 IPS display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels, a fingerprint sensor and a 1080p webcam.
Price and availability
The Fujitsu FMV Note U UA-K1 ultrabook is currently only available in Japan. The base model equipped with a Core Ultra 5 226V with 16 GB of RAM and 256 GB of SSD storage is priced at ¥214,000 ($1,375). The flagship configuration is equipped with a Core Ultra 7 258V, 32 GB of RAM and a 2 TB SSD and costs ¥332,800 ($2,139). Officially, Fujitsu laptops are only sold in Japan and the United States, so potential buyers from Europe will have to import the new FMV Note U.
