TikTok is back in the United States after a blackout of a few hours on Sunday January 19. Donald Trump has just signed an executive order postponing for 75 days the application of the law banning it in the name of national security. This law targets other applications from ByteDance (the parent company of TikTok) and in particular CapCut. The video editing application, also owned by the Chinese ByteDance, was, until a few hours ago, unavailable, worrying its millions of users.
