A slate that finally aligns with its big sisters
The Galaxy Tab S9 is the most affordable of the series, and generally, the concessions are made at the screen level. This time, Samsung is changing the situation by leaving aside LCD technology for Amoled on its Tab S9, which therefore benefits from the same image quality and the same infinite contrast ratio as its predecessors. Added to this, a good definition of WQHD (2,560 x 1,600 pixels), as well as a refresh rate of 120 Hz to ensure smooth navigation.
In terms of design, the premium feel is indeed present in this model, with an aluminum back that is pleasant to the touch. Its flat edges make it easier to hold, like its small 11-inch diagonal. Its rear facade accommodates a magnetic system dedicated to the S Pen stylus which is also provided in the box.
Comfortable for all everyday tasks
More affordable than its counterparts, the Tab S9 also houses the powerful chip from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2. It works without latency and offers you a fluid experience even when you play demanding games.
-Moreover, if you plan to spend time there, the slate can count on a large 8,400 mAh battery capable of keeping the tablet going for a day and a half, depending on your use. In terms of charging power, it amounts to 45 W, which allows it to refuel in less than two hours.
