Samsung intends to revolutionize the way we interact with our televisions. After having been the nerve center of connected objects, the Korean manufacturer now wants to make its televisions intelligent companions, like the Amazon Alexa, Google Home or Apple HomePod speakers.
Among the features revealed, “Click to search” allows you to obtain information on the elements or actors present on the screen. In other words, no more racking your brain to remember in which film the main actor has already appeared.
TVs equipped with Samsung Vision AI also benefit from artificial intelligence-generated wallpapers, which transform “the screen is dynamically tailor-made and allows you to create visuals that correspond to the user's tastes“. There is also talk of instant translation that uses AI to provide subtitles in real time.
In a promotional video, Samsung suggests that it will be possible to change channels by voice. Finally, the manufacturer announces notable advances in image quality and sound processing, as well as the integration of Microsoft's Copilot assistant, promising an ever more immersive and fluid experience.
