The Epic Games store has just renewed its mystery game offer, which will run alongside the store's end-of-year sales period, until January 9. As a reminder, Epic Games offered Astrea : Six-Sided Oracles To this day the developers of this game describe it as a “DICE roguelike with buildable cards”.

However, with Epic Games having exchanged its free games daily during the holidays, Astrea returned to its retail price of $24.99. Nevertheless, TerraTech has now arrived in its place, which a leak finally revealed last night. For context, Payload Studios describes TerraTech as follows:

TerraTech is an open-world adventure game, where you design and build your own creations through a mix of crafting, combat and discovery. Design vehicles from an extensive block library. Collect, craft and buy new parts to survive and become the ultimate planetary prospector.

Please note that TerraTech is priced at $24.99, but has consistently fallen below its suggested retail price throughout the year. However, you can now add it to your Epic Games library for free, but only until December 22 at 3:59 p.m. UTC. It is also worth pointing out that there is no need to download the game before this date. Rather, it will remain available for download indefinitely thereafter.

Moreover, TerraTech is playable on macOS and Windows, unlike many recent freebies from the Epic Games Store. Additionally, Payload Studios recommends relatively low system requirements, such as Radeon HD 5670 and GeForce GTX 260 GPUs. Please see Epic Games' listing for details.
