1933 Industries Inc., a Nevada-based cannabis producer, has informed its shareholders of the delay in filing its audited financial statements for the year ending July 31, 2024. The British Columbia Securities Commission has granted a management cease trade order on November 29, 2024, restricting the trading of certain officers until the filings are completed. Shareholders are not affected by this order.
The company aims to file these documents by January 27, 2025, while complying with alternative information guidelines. Additionally, 1933 Industries has confirmed that there have been no insolvency proceedings or undisclosed material changes since the initial announcement.
The company also highlighted a recent honor for its flagship brand, Alternative Medicine Association (AMA), which received a 2024 LeafLink List award for best sellers in Nevada. This recognition highlights the presence and success of the AMA in the sector. LeafLink donated $5,000 to charity on behalf of the winners.
