Huggies® transform mothers’ hugs into unique baby sleep tracks

TORONTO, the 20 nov. 2024 /CNW/ – Huggies® develops its new brand platform A hug changes everything with the launch of The sweet sound of a hugan innovative digital web application that allows parents to choose a sleep track for their baby that mimics a parent’s heartbeat.

The new brand platform “A hug changes everything” promotes the scientifically recognized benefits of cuddling for a baby’s development. This latest innovation highlights the sound of the heartbeat accompanied by colorful background noise, which has proven effective in soothing the baby, as it can reduce your heart rate1, regulate mood, promote sleep, promote physical development and strengthen the bond between parent and baby. By using heartbeat as sleep music, parents can extend the beneficial effects of a cuddle well after putting their baby to bed.

The “The Sweet Sound of a Hug” experience can be enjoyed on the interactive website SoundofaHug.comwhere parents can choose sleep music similar to the rhythm of their own heartbeat. By selecting additional sound variables like baby’s mood, sleep type, time of day and preferred type of cuddle, the track musically transforms in real time to provide baby with the ideal soundscape. With over 50,000 possible results, each track is as unique as the heartbeat on which it is based.
