Apple’s latest Macs excel at emulating Windows games, with even the base M4 Mac mini handling many PC titles effortlessly. However, gaming devices designed for macOS remain rare. Corsair is filling this gap by releasing updated versions of its popular K65 Plus and M75, which were originally released for Windows earlier this year.

The K65 Plus Wireless Gaming Keyboard for Mac retains the original’s 75% compact layout. It features pre-lubricated MLX Red v2 switches, which are linear and quieter than many other mechanical switches, thanks to built-in dampers.

But what really sets this version apart are the macOS-specific improvements, including command and option keys adapted to the macOS layout. A full row of function keys aligns with Apple’s keyboard design, but for those who want customization, Corsair’s iCUE software offers plenty of key remapping options.

The M75 wireless gaming mouse, meanwhile, remains largely unchanged from its Windows counterpart. Its ambidextrous design ensures comfort for both right-handed and left-handed people. The mouse features a high-precision Marksman 26K DPI optical sensor for precise tracking and optical switches for instant responsiveness.

As for connectivity, the gaming keyboard can connect to Macs and other Apple devices (M4 MacBook Pro base currently $1,399 at Amazon) via Bluetooth, a 2.4GHz dongle, or a USB cable. Corsair claims it can offer up to 266 hours of battery life, but that likely applies to the 2.4GHz mode. As for the wireless mouse, it connects via Bluetooth or proprietary Slipstream technology. Its autonomy is estimated at 105 hours.

Both devices are now available in Mac-exclusive colors, giving them a sleek aesthetic touch. As for the price, the K65 Plus costs $179.95 while the M75 is available for $129.95. They can be purchased at Apple’s retail stores and online.
