The ADSPL contribution (0.04% of payroll, or… not much, around €10 per employee) is again compulsory after having been canceled in 2021 (see below).

So we will have to declare and pay for it again? We don’t really know what the outcome will be in the end.

But hey, it’s completely official and confirmed by a decree of December 8, 2023. So don’t ask yourself any questions and pay.

The Council of State has just canceled by a decision of January 20, 2021 the contribution for social dialogue (due to the absence of a prior representativeness survey) that was paid to the ADSPL at the start of the year. This is a new avatar of the squabble that the UNAPL and the CNPL have been engaged in for ages.

What consequence? starting this year, employer doctors will be able to make a fabulous saving of 0.04% of the payroll (around €10 per year per employee), but above all save the time spent declaring this contribution.

And then there is no small saving, especially when it concerns an unnecessary expense!
