However, none of them have been able to launch with a height of only 6.8 millimeters (mm) for several years.
The Pro+ abandons the flat profile of the more modern appearance of the Hot 50 for a screen with a (very) curved edge in order to obtain its new SlimEdge design. The screen is a 6.78-inch fHD+ 120Hz AMOLED display.
Additionally, the device is said to run on MediaTek’s 4G/LTE processor, MediaTek’s Helio G100, while most other smartphones expected to feature a Pro+ display also tend to feature a 5G SoC.
Anyway, this supposed Hot Series could give the Samsung Galaxy A16 device (which would succeed the A15) when it arrives.
On the other hand, the leaks of the “50 Pro+” so far also hint at pre-orders that could start today (October 7, 2024) in India, the Philippines or both countries, but there is no official word from Infinix IN or PH on such an event.
