No sleight of hand is required. The conditions to benefit from it: go to the TF1+ site via a browser, create an account and log in. That’s it. The only downside: the application is not yet available for download.

The HBO Max streaming service arrives on June 11, 2024 in Belgium: 3 subscriptions, free via Be tv, the Paris Olympics…

Reminder: primarily financed by advertising, TF1+ has replaced MyTF1 since January 8, 2024. In France, the platform combines live broadcasts from the group’s channels, FAST TV channels and video on demand (films, series, TV films, shows, etc.). For €5.99 per month, the Premium subscription removes advertising screens and releases a handful of bonuses.

From Jason Bourne to Hartley High School

Even if the CEO of the TF1 group Rodolphe Belmer had announced an official arrival here at the beginning of June, the content already available on our territory is far from being anecdotal. It is possible to watch for free and completely legally:

  • Movies like Death in the Skin, Sleepless, Fast and Furious 5, Valérian and the City of a Thousand Planets.
  • Series like CSI, Lisa’s destiny, Weeds, Hartley, raw hearts.
  • Entertainment and current seasons and old seasons of Secret Story, Koh-Lanta, Mask Singer.
  • Live from TF1.

That TF1 programs and productions are available is not surprising. This was already the case on MyTF1. What is more surprising is the early availability of American series and films, for example.

Not everything is available yet

For the moment, it’s a bit of a game of duck fishing. You have to try your luck, click on a title and hope not to stumble on the message This video is not available in your geographic area.

Nevertheless, the quantity and diversity of programs already available tend to demonstrate that TF1+ will represent serious competition for Auvio (RTBF) and RTLplay (RTL Belgium).
