We’ve been waiting for it since June and its official presentation has become a reality. iOS 18 is now available in its final version.
Distraction control, 100% customizable home screen, Apple Intelligence… iOS 18 was announced, when it was presented last June, as the most ambitious update of the iPhone in years. In total, there are no less than 250 new features, all more or less revolutionary.
And these new features have been officially available since Monday evening. The deployment of iOS 18 (and iPadOS 18) is underway, and iPhones (and iPads) that will be able to install the new update are gradually receiving a notification. Be careful, many iPhones will be able to install it, but not all will be compatible with Apple Intelligence, Apple’s AI.
But this is not the only update that has been available since Monday evening, since all of Apple’s other flagship products are also available. This is particularly the case for Macs, which are receiving macOS Sequoia, an update that offers the ability to control your iPhone without taking it out of your pocket. On Apple Watch, it is watchOS 11 and its new features dedicated to sport that are making their arrival.
