– Advance ticket sales for the home European Championships have opened
As of Tuesday today, tickets for the Women’s European Football Championship next summer can be purchased. The final round will take place in eight Swiss cities.

With a game between football legends and future stars against the backdrop of the Aletsch Glacier, the starting phase of what from a Swiss perspective will hopefully be a well-attended home European Championship was initiated. In addition, 2,500 volunteers are being sought in the eight venues. As the SFV communicates, people who will be 18 years old on June 15, 2025 can apply for volunteer service.
The European Championships will open with Switzerland as hosts on July 2nd in Basel’s St. Jakob-Park and end on July 27th in the same stadium. Switzerland’s other group games will take place in Bern and Geneva. In addition to Basel, the venues are Bern, Geneva, Lucerne, Sion, St. Gallen, Thun and Zurich.
