Villemeux-sur-Eure. Three important projects for 2025. “Of the three major projects in progress, the most advanced project is that of the school group, started last year,” indicated, Friday evening, Daniel Rigourd, mayor of Villemeux-sur-Eure, during the greeting ceremony , in the village hall.
The elected official detailed the upgrading of health and safety standards as well as the expansion of the canteen, the construction of two permanent classrooms, a courtyard equipped with toilets, the redevelopment of the director’s office, the insulation and replacement of the openings, for a cost of approximately €1,800,000, as well as the subsidies obtained.
The second project concerns the creation of the “station park”, a tree-lined recreational area, with paths, benches, children’s games, the renovation of the existing bowling alley, all equipped with public lighting and surveillance cameras, at a cost of around €375,000.
“The third project which will see the light of day in 2025 will be the city stadium, a multi-sport facility which will adjoin the future fire station, at a cost of around €146,536”.
