Pyramids beats Sagrada with a goal in the 90+4th minute on the 5th day of the group stage of the CAF Champions League. For the first time in its history, Pyramids FC qualifies for the final stages of the competition.
Pyramids FC won at the wire against Sagrada Esperança thanks to a late goal from Marwan Hamdy. The first half was rhythmic, but both teams struggled to realize their opportunities. Mussá misses a header from a corner (45’+1), and the score remains goalless at the break.
