Korda and Auger-Aliassime will face each other in the final of the ATP 250 tournament in Adelaide

The poster for the final of the Adelaide tournament is known. Félix Auger-Aliassime will challenge Sebastian Korda this Saturday.

The Canadian, in good form at the start of the season, won a good fight against Tommy Paul, seeded number 1 (7-6, 3-6, 6-4). The latter could enter the top 10 if successful, but this will not be the case.

However, the American can console himself by saying that he will be 11th in the world on Monday, the best ranking of his career.

Auger-Aliassime, for his part, will play his first outdoor hard final since the Melbourne tournament in 2021.

This will be his 16th final on the circuit, and he will be looking to win the 6th title of his career.

If they win, it would be their first title since Basel in 2023.

In the final, the Canadian will face Sebastian Korda. Finalist in 2023 where he gave Novak Djokovic a hard time, the American will have the opportunity to put his name on the list of winners at this Adelaide tournament.

In the semi-finals, he defeated Miomir Kecmanovic (6-3, 7-6), converting his only break point of the match to win in two sets.

Korda will fight to lift the third trophy of his professional career. To do this, he will have to have Félix Auger-Aliassime, whom he has beaten only once in three confrontations.

Their last clash dates back to the Antwerp 2022 tournament. It was already during a final and the Canadian had the last word (6-3, 6-4).
