Stade Rennes – OM: the probable line-up of Sampaoli
To face Marseille at Roazhon Park, Jorge Sampaoli could decide to line up his two new entry recruits, Seko Fofana and Brice Samba.
It’s a big deal for Stade Rennes, which presents itself with Olympique de Marseille, at Roazhon Park for the first at home in 2025. The Breton club defeated in Nice poorly negotiated its start to the month, announced decisive by Jorge Sampaoli , who should continue with his 3-4-3 for this new match.
Changes are nevertheless expected, with the probable first start of Brice Samba in goal, even if the Argentinian did not confirm this on Thursday. The goalkeeper made official this week should, however, have his first appearance on Saturday, when Seko Fofana could also start the match. If he is not yet 100% according to his coach, the midfielder needs rhythm, and could find himself aligned higher than usual.
Sampaoli wants Fofana in front of goal, in a position to shoot, and it is Albert Gronbaek who could come out of the eleven to make way for the new recruit at kick-off. Fofana would then tend to play more inside the game, in contact with his midfielder and the area.
-The probable compo (in 3-4-3): Samba – Hateboer, Ostigard, Faye – Assignon, James, Matusiwa, Truffert – Blas, Kalimuendo, Fofana
