The club team went to discover a very recent sport: bungee fitness. A fairly original sport where you have fun while working of course! You are attached to a harness where you can do gymnastic movements. The elastic is depending on the weight, it can go from 70 to 130 kg and it is solid. You can hold on, pull, etc…, there is no problem.

With Bungee fitness, you strengthen all the muscles through semi-weightless exercises.

The bungee is not risky at all. The elastic is well placed so that you don't touch the ground, you'll just swing.
