Abdel Sadeq wants to do justice to the club

Hafid Abdel Sadeq spoke with satisfaction after the convincing victory of Raja Casablanca (3-0) against Chabab Mohammedia during the 15th day of the professional championship. The interim coach returned to the responsibility of leading the team after the departure of Sá Pinto.

“We got three important points today. We entered the field determined to win, aware of the strength of the opponent who has improved recently. Fortunately, our start to the match was successful,” he declared in the post-match conference, before adding:

“The first goal took the pressure off us. Despite the absences we face, we managed to manage the meeting well, and the changes made bore fruit.”

Abdel Sadeq also shared the circumstances that pushed him to accept this temporary role, believing that he wanted to do justice to a club that gave him everything.

“Some officials and influential figures in Raja encouraged me to take up this challenge. If anyone else had been in my position, they might have been hesitant to come into this situation. But as a child of the club, I wanted to return the favor to this team which gave me so much. he emphasizes, returning to the pressure surrounding his position.

“After the separation with coach Ricardo Sá Pinto, I took the reins in a difficult context where the team's performance was not satisfactory. I pray for the success of this mission and hope that the supporters will support us in this critical phase”.

With this victory, Raja de Casablanca climbs to 4th place with 23 points, while Chabab Mohammedia remains last in the ranking with only 3 points.
