Donations will be given to the Chez Doris organization, whose mission is to support and empower women who find themselves in a precarious situation.

«Marie-Christine Boucher [directrice aux opérations et aux affaires de la Victoire] gave me some ideas and we chose Chez Doris because it’s for women,” explained forward Maureen Murphy on Thursday in a communication with The Journal.

“We try to make ourselves known for what we do off the ice as well. “It’s great if we can give back to a community that has given us so much, so quickly,” she continued.
