Lake 11 organized its annual cross. 238 participants, from the Athletic Awakening to Master categories, lined up for thirteen races.

  • Nordic walking discovery race, cadets and more. In the running, a team of 9 members from the Nordik Club including the young Aurélien Champrose, junior, who won the 5 km 140 race in 33′ 29”; and 10 LAC walkers led by Jacques Broca, Master 8M departmental champion who finished the race 1st in his category as did Tayeb Rezig M6M, Sébastien Panis M2M, Antoine Fayard M5M, Stéphanie Esquirol M3F, Sabine Fauroux M5F, Laurence Clot M4F.
  • Race 1, cross long hope, senior, men’s master of 8 km 130. Always very popular, this race contested by 36 runners is led by Amin Boukebal from AS , Master 0 in 26′ 41”. Mathieu Perez, only Chaurien placed 14th and 7th in his SEM category in 31′ 48”.
  • Race 2, long hope cross, senior, women’s masters of 7 km. 100% Carcassonne podium with Florence Guiheneuf, Master1 on the first step of the podium in 30′ 08”. Pauline Zappela from LAC finished 5th and 1st in her M0 category in 33′ 17”.
  • Race 3, 4 junior men lined up for a 5 km 670. Great victory for Chaurien Baraa Lassiri in 20′ 54” followed by Aurélien Champrose in 21′ 48”.
  • Race 4, chick. 33 girls including 15 Limoux girls ran 1 km 200 including Maelle, Alix, Jeanne, and Assala du LAC.
  • Race 5, chicks. 28 boys also covered 1 km 200 including Chaurians Natael, Enzo, Florian, Kais.
  • Race 6, girls’ athletic awakenings. 21 girls lined up over 690 m including Lynn, Nina, Diana, Nalia, Marylou and Maelya from LAC.
  • Race 7, boys’ athletic awakenings. 36 boys over 690 m. For the LAC: Louison, Mael, Merlin, Timothee, Camille, Léon, Jules.
  • Race 8, youngest female. 14 competitors, half of which are run by the LAC over 2 km 750 m. The Chaurien club won the race with Adao da Silva Valentina in 11’08.
  • Race 9, youngest male. Only 9 participants over 2 km 750 m, race won by Clément Delarbre from Narbonne in 11′ 10” followed by Liam de Potter 11′ 28” from LAC and his teammates Wiktor Melizer 4th and Axel Vidal.
  • Race 10, women’s minimum. Camille Bouillin from LAC took 2nd place in 14′ 21” just behind Ines Laurin Lherm from Narbonne.
  • Race 11, men’s minimal, cadet, men’s short cross (no athlete) and women’s from hope. Only 10 runners in total over 3km 880m. Isabelle Evenat M1F from LAC takes the lead of this race in 15′ 44” followed in 4th place by Adao da Silva Aline, Noury ​​Nurliyew occupies 8th position in the ranking and 3rd place MIM, finally Nives Seonnet Kakou finishes the race and ranks 4th in his cadet category F.
  • Race 12, male cadet and female junior. 4 km 410 m race won by Rémi Caussignac from Narbonne. The Chaurien Nourredine Abbes, cadet, climbs on the 3rd step of the podium in 15′ 05”, Apoline Barthes and Agathe Soule climb on the 2 and 3rd steps of the junior F podium.
