A few days before the opening of the winter transfer window, FC will be particularly eagerly awaited. Second in Ligue 2, the capital club will experience its first market since the takeover of the club by the Arnault family. However, no madness planned, but tweaks expected, particularly at two specific positions.

Second of Ligue 2Paris FC is preparing its first transfer window since the club was bought by the family Arnault. The ambition of the Parisian club is therefore to find the Ligue 1 as quickly as possible, and could therefore take advantage of the month of January to strengthen itself. And the priorities are already established.

The PFC wants two recruits

Indeed, according to information from RMC Sportthe Paris FC does not intend to shake up its squad this winter given the fact that its squad has already proven itself during the first part of the season. Small adjustments will therefore be made to the Parisian group and two positions will be targeted as a priority. Thus, a right winger will be sought in order to avoid Lamine Gueyeaffected in the knee for several months. And a defense too, the PFC will look to strengthen with the arrival of a versatile defender capable of playing in the center and on the right.

A budget of €10M?

And to achieve its objectives in the transfer window, the Paris FC does not intend to spend lavishly despite the significant resources of its new shareholder. So, RMC Sport explains that the budget this winter will not exceed €10M during the month of January. Unless there are exceptional opportunities, the PFC should therefore not flare up and will retain its investment capacity for the next summer transfer window, especially in the event of an increase in Ligue 1.
