It’s an unusual schedule: the elected officials of the city of are summoned on Tuesday December 10 at 2 p.m. for the last municipal council of the year 2024, with a copious menu of 89 deliberations on the agenda. “A municipal council which starts at 4 p.m. does not allow me to go to Guingamp for 9 p.m.”admits Mayor François Cuillandre, whose decision to bring forward the meeting made “unanimity”.
