In the only National League match on Thursday evening, Zug got the better of Rapperswil. At home, the Zougois won 5-2 and thus consolidated their place in the top-6 with a 5th place but above all 4 points ahead of Bienne, currently 7th.
In a game whose kick-off was delayed due to the weather – the visiting team arrived late – the Zougois quickly made the difference with successes from Mike Künzle (11th) and Attilio Biasca (17th) .
Grégory Hofmann (39th/46th) and Lino Martschini (44th) then hit the nail on the head before Victor Rask (52nd) then Nicklas Jensen (55th) began a reaction that was too late for the Lakers.

Wüthrich will keep Ambri’s goals next season
Philip Wüthrich will no longer wear the CP Bern jersey next season. The 27-year-old goalkeeper has signed a contract until 2027 with Ambri-Piotta. Wüthrich has so far played 136 matches in the Bears cage. In Leventine, he will team up with Gilles Senn, whose contract with the biancoblù has been extended until 2028. The Finn Janne Juvonen, who arrived in March 2022, should therefore leave Ambri at the end of the season.
